What is the Prediction game?
The Prediction game works by predicting if the price of AVAX will be higher or lower than it was when the last “Starting Price” phase starts.
If you enter an “UP” position, and the AVAXUSDT “CLOSED PRICE” is higher than the “Starting Price” at the end of the 5 minute stage, you WIN! And if it’s lower, you lose!
Vice-versa, if you enter a “DOWN” position, and the AVAXUSDT “CLOSED PRICE” is higher than the “Starting Price” at the end of the 5 minute stage, you LOSE! If it’s lower, you win.
How does it work?
There are four stages:
Stage 1 — Analysis
At any time you can pull the grey bar up and view the AVAX price chart to estimate whether the price will go up within the 5 minute period.
Stage 2 — Next
To begin the game you press “Enter UP” or “Enter DOWN” if you think the price will increase or decrease from the original “Starting Price”.
Next place your bet amount, either commit by percentage of AVAX you have in your wallet, or type in the amount you would like to use.
Stage 3 — Live
During the Live stage your prediction is locked.
You are able to view the “Prize Pool” which is the total amount of AVAX being bet by everyone.
As well, you can view the payout percentage which is what your money will be multiplied by if you win.
At the end of this stage the results will then be calculated based on whether the closed price was higher or lower than the locked price.
Stage 4 — Expired
This phase is after a round has concluded and is only for visual reference.
If you won, you will be able to claim your winnings!

What are the fees?
3% of each round’s total pot will go to the ValiFi treasury.
Entering positions
Once you enter a position, you can NOT change the direction, add to, or remove the position. It is locked in, so make sure you are 100% happy with your position direction before confirming.
How to collect your winnings
There are 2 ways to collect your winnings:
Option 1:
Collect from the history button.
Refer to the image below, click the clock icon then click “collect” on your past rounds.
Option 2:
Collect your winnings from recent games by pressing the “Collect Winnings” button from an expired game.
When you collect winnings, they might not appear in your wallet’s transaction logs as usual.
This is because they use a different type of transaction: Internal transactions.
Enter your wallet address on SnowTrace.io, then check the “Internal Txns” tab to confirm that they’ve arrived.
